The SPIRITFlex Tension System is fast becoming one of the most popular solutions in the UK and worldwide for the professional installation of banners, flexface and other printed textiles including mesh and canvas. This very simple and versatile product is easy to use and requires no special tools or training. It is a perfect solution where grand-format non-illuminated displays are specified.

In many different applications, SPIRITFlex can provide the answer for a smarter, better customised banner framing solution. By using the inconspicuous low-profile frame your customers will be impressed by the final result achievable with a full-colour printed graphic. The SPIRITFlex Tension System provides a unique means to distinguish yourself from the competition by offering a more complete solution for banner and textile installation.

SPIRITFlex is supplied in 3060mmm lengths, which can be cut down for smaller applications or joined for larger ones. There is a range of aluminium profiles, each suited to specific applications. Please contact us for more information.


		SPIRITFlex C-SECTION (PDF Spec Sheet - 280 KB) This frame is a lightweight solution to install flexible graphics which require smaller fixings. It is suitable for indoor sites like supermarkets, retail stores, coffee shops, restaurants, museums and exhibition stands. It can conform to fit gradual convex and concave shapes. The profile provides an easy way to retrofit flexface to existing lightboxes.
		SPIRITFlex F-SECTION (PDF Spec Sheet - 258KB) This profile is used where larger or stronger fixings are required. The additional fixing plate provides the space needed for fixing the frame to the surface of the structure. This secion is more tailored for outdoor sites like exterior wall, larger sign frames and rigid truck bodies. It can also be used to convert existing signage to a flexface system.
		SPIRITFlex CC2-SECTION (PDF Spec Sheet - 286KB) This profile was developed in direct response to cutomer requirements. The strength and size of the profile is suited to uneven surfaces where more than 10mm clearance is required for the banner. It can also span gaps of up to a metreand is ideal for corrugated cladding. This section is for use on outdoor sites like extrior wall, larger signage and factory cladding. It can also be used to construct self supported frames with cross bracing. CC2 is compatible with CC-Cover.
		SPIRITFlex CC-SECTION (PDF Spec Sheet - 459 KB) The CC-section profile was designed specifically for use with the CC-cover. This profile, together with the anodised or powder coated cover plate provides a really high quality finish. It can also be used for larger installations where a flat profile is still required or for multi-skin frames where you can make use of both tension channels.
		SPIRITFlex CC-COVER (PDF Spec Sheet - 459 KB) The CC-Cover section clips on to the CC or CC2 sections to provide a high quality finish for your SPIRITFlex frame. The profile is available in anodised or mill finish. It also has the benefit of allowing excess banner to be left under the cover to allow for removal and retensioning if required. CC + Cover is ideal for use on indoor and outdoor media sites.
		SPIRITFlex TENSION STRIP The tension profile is inserted into the channel on the aluminium frame to fix the banner in position and simultaneously create tension in the substrate. It is available in standard colours: black, white, blue, green, red and silver.Alternative RAL colours are available on request with minimum order quantities.
		SPIRITFlex XSTREAM KEDER STRIP The keder strip slides into the standard aluminium channel to provide a secure top edge for the banner. The keder is welded to the PVC banner with high frequency (HF). It simplifies the installation of large banners under difficult conditions. It is used especially for fixing banners to rigid truck sides. Standard colours are black and white. Alternative RAL colours are available on request with minimum order quantities.
		MEDIA COMPATABILITY The SPIRITFlex Tension System is compatible with most commercially available flexible media, including reinforced PVC, frontlit and backlit, banner, mesh, canvas, textiles and many more substrates. The system is recommended for use with these media from 350gsm up to 550gsm. Please check with us for specific compatibility of your media.
